Payments & Scams

• Request payments outside the platform in a deceptive way
• Ask for deposits before a viewing without a clear agreement
• Use the platform for money laundering or fraud

Abuse & Harmful Behaviour

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use discriminatory language (race, gender, religion, etc.)
• Post illegal, offensive, or harmful content

Platform Misuse

• Attempt to hack, scrape, or overload the platform
• Create multiple fake accounts
• Circumvent verification systems

3. Enforcement

We actively monitor the platform and may take the following actions for violations:

• Remove listings immediately
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts
• Report users to law enforcement

4. Zero-Tolerance Policy

We operate a strict anti-scam environment. YourHostMateLets uses verification systems and active monitoring to keep landlords and tenants safe.
